See What Our Past Students Think About Our Course

If you're wondering whether Clinic Equilibrium’s teacher training is the right choice for you, take a look at what some of our past students have to say about their experiences. Their words speak volumes about the depth, quality, and support of our programs.

"I am truly grateful I signed up for this course. I have learnt loads so far, with so much more to come. It is a very flexible learning course, taking as much time as you can give to enhance your knowledge at the speed which suits your lifestyle. It really is real-life, real-world preparation with instructors that have the depth of expertise to take your learning to the highest standards. Fully comprehensive learning and great value for the money." Heidi Cowan - Pilates Teacher

"I had been keen to complete my reformer training, having taught Matwork for a number of years, but couldn’t make it work with the cost, travel needed and lack of access to a reformer.

The Clinic Equilibrium course was amazing in solving all those barriers; providing classes to attend, classes across the week to observe and assist, alongside clients to undertake practice classes, all local to me.

Lindsey and Jenny have a wealth of in-depth knowledge and experience which they were able to share in a friendly, relaxed small-group environment in an engaging and informative way.  The time in the studio enabled me to focus and learn the practical skills required, observing a number of brilliant class instructors whose time, help and guidance has also been invaluable!

It has been hard work and requires a lot of commitment but the ability to go at your own pace provides the flexibility needed to complete a very comprehensive course at your own speed. I have really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in reformer teacher training!" Helen Firth  - Pilates Teacher and MSK Physiotherapist

"I had been looking at doing my reformer instructor training for a while. I have taught mat Pilates for a couple of years now, but knew I wanted a more in-depth course which is why I chose to do it at Clinic Equilibrium. The teachers Lindsey and Jenny were so full of knowledge and so supportive. I can’t recommend the course enough!"

Jessica Fisher - Pilates Teacher and Sports Therapist

"Taught in a Physio-led manner with a passion for traditional Pilates at its absolute core. This course is extremely thorough and enjoyable. The practical sessions are taught by two highly-experienced and knowledgeable Pilates teachers. Able to offer modifications and techniques for various scenarios that arise when teaching. I would highly recommend.

Hannah Griffiths - Pilates Teacher

"I had been considering training for a reformer qualification for some time and was delighted to see it being offered at Clinic Equilibrium. I have always admired Lindsey’s style of teaching and knowledge, so this was an easy decision to make. The course was interesting, very challenging and fun. I was also offered support from the Clinic Equilibrium team if needed. I highly recommend this course if you are looking to get a greater depth of knowledge, excellent teaching skills and learn from Lindsey and her amazing team."

Sarah Nixon  - Pilates Teacher

"I have recently completed Pilates reformer teacher training with Lindsey. I highly recommend this course to any instructors wanting to expand and further their knowledge. I was very nervous about doing the training as I hadn’t done any courses for a long time. Lindsey has been fantastic at boosting my confidence and given me lots of support and encouragement when needed. Her knowledge is outstanding and I’m so glad I have met her. The course went really well and thoroughly enjoyed it." Sasha Horton - Pilates Teacher

"I have really enjoyed the Pilates reformer training completed with Clinic Equilibrium. I had already attended online training, but felt I wanted further training that was more face to face. Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable, as was Jenny who ran some of the training days. All of the things that you would expect are provided in a manual and for me the ability to attend Pilates reformer sessions as part of the training and to have the opportunity to have a studio to practice teach in was amazing. I liked the fact that the clinic also offers physio, rehab and sports massage too. As this was my background, I knew that the physiology side would be sound which it was. All-in-all I think the course is very good value and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to develop their skills to teach reformer Pilates." Emma Barwise - Pilates teacher and Sports Massage Therapist

"The reformer pilates course at Equilbrium with Lindsey may be longer than other courses in the market. It’s not one of those where you go for a few weekends, do a few hours of practice on the reformer and that’s it. No! The reformer pilates course with Lindsey will take you many hours attending classes, observing, practising and teaching. It takes time because it is thorough. But at the end, you finish with the knowledge and confidence to face any client and adapt or change any exercise to their specific needs. I do not regret having chosen the Clinic Equilibrium Pilates course with Lindsey at all. If you really want to lean you will not regret it either!" Amaia Basanez - Pilates Teacher
