Jill’s journey to becoming a Pilates instructor began following a car accident that left her with multiple injuries and fractures. Pilates was recommended as an integral part of her rehabilitation programme and she immediately discovered its huge benefits in helping her regain strength and manage imbalances within her body, while also improving her wellbeing.

From that moment on, Jill knew that she wanted to share her passion for Pilates with others. She qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in London and has recently completed her Reformer teacher training there too. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals, improve their posture, increase their strength and flexibility and ultimately lead happier and healthier lives.

Pilates remains an integral part of Jill’s daily routine and she is passionate about sharing the benefits of this transformative practice with others.
