Jill’s love for Pilates started in an unexpected way, after a serious car accident left her with multiple injuries and fractures. She was introduced to Pilates as part of her rehabilitation and quickly saw the benefits. Over time it helped her rebuild strength and range of movement, manage pain and improve her overall well-being. Pilates became a key part of her recovery and she knew she wanted to share its benefits with others.

Jill trained with Body Control Pilates in London, qualifying as a Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher and more recently completed her Reformer qualification there too. She’s also certified to teach clients with bone health conditions like osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Pilates remains an essential part of Jill’s routine, and she is passionate about helping others experience its benefits.
